Michele R. Ballet, Psy.D.

Michele is the founder and principal of Applied Consulting, LLC, a firm specializing in organizational development, family business consultation and executive coaching.  Her clients include closely held businesses, non-profits and large multinational corporations.  Michele has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels and is a faculty member of the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania as well as the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University.  She also served as the Associate Director of the Rutgers Family Business Forum.  Michele is a graduate of the doctoral program in organizational psychology at Rutgers University and holds a masters degree in social work from Columbia University.  Prior to founding Applied Consulting, Michele started and managed a health care business with her husband.  She has extensive experience working with individuals, families, groups and organizations.
